BOOKING

To secure your wedding or elopement date, a 250 EUR non-refundable booking fee is required. This amount is deducted from your final total.

Bookings & Payments

To secure your wedding or elopement date, a non-refundable booking fee is required. Due to limited availability and high demand, dates cannot be held without this payment. All booking fees are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Your booking is confirmed only once the booking fee has been received.

Makeup services are allocated approximately one hour per person from the agreed start time. Any additional time required on the day will be charged at 100 EUR per hour, with a minimum charge of one hour. Any additional services requested on the wedding day must be paid in full on the day.

Final payment is due two weeks prior to the wedding date. Failure to complete payment by the due date will be treated as a cancellation of services.

Minimum Booking Requirements

A minimum booking of 4–5 services or a minimum spend of 1,000 EUR applies to all wedding bookings.

For bridal parties of 5 or more people, services are charged at the standard rate of 115 EUR per additional guest makeup service, unless otherwise arranged within a bespoke package.

Travel & Accommodation

Travel is an essential part of on-location bridal services and is charged in addition to makeup services.

Depending on your destination, a travel and accommodation fee will apply, typically ranging between 600–1,200 EUR.

This fee accounts for time, distance, and any required overnight stays to ensure a smooth and stress-free wedding morning experience.

Where applicable, clients are responsible for arranging and covering accommodation when travel requirements exceed reasonable same-day travel limits.

Early Morning & Additional Fees

• Early morning fee (6:00am start or earlier): 200 EUR

• Additional artist/assistant (if required): 250 EUR

• Pre-reception touch-ups: 100 EUR per hour (minimum 1 hour)

• Extended on-location waiting time: 100 EUR per hour

Trial Appointments

Trial appointments are strongly recommended for brides to ensure your desired look is perfected ahead of your wedding day.

• Duration: approximately 1.5 hours

• Includes complimentary lashes

Trial appointments are non-refundable. Minor refinements are included; however, a completely new look will require an additional trial at full cost.

Scheduling & Timing

A final “ready-by” time will be confirmed with your photographer or planner, and all services will be scheduled accordingly in reverse order.

Clients and bridal parties must be ready at their allocated start times. Delays caused by late arrivals, venue access, vendors, or client readiness may impact the schedule. Completion times cannot be guaranteed if delays occur outside of my control.

Expectations

Inspiration images are welcome, however exact replication of another artist’s work is not offered. Each makeup application is individually designed using my professional technique and artistic style.

While products are selected for longevity and performance, makeup is subject to natural wear. Factors such as weather, humidity, tears, skin type, and physical contact may affect the final result. Minor breakdown or settling into texture is normal and expected.

Touch-Ups

Light touch-ups throughout the day are expected and are the responsibility of the client.

Standard touch-ups include lipstick, powder, and minor complexion refreshes. Full reapplications or extended touch-up services will incur additional charges at 100 EUR per hour (minimum 1 hour).

Bridal parties are encouraged to minimise activities that may compromise makeup longevity after application.

Allergies, Sensitivities & Illness

Clients must disclose any known allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or infections prior to the appointment.

While all products are professional-grade and hygiene standards are strictly maintained, no liability is accepted for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

Services may be refused if a client presents with illness or any condition that may pose a health or safety risk.

Cold Sores & Contagious Conditions

For hygiene reasons, professional tools and kits will not be used on clients with contagious conditions, including cold sores.

Services may proceed only at my discretion and, where appropriate, using client-supplied products and tools.

Client-Supplied Products

If clients request the use of their own products, no guarantee is provided regarding performance, compatibility, or longevity.

Body makeup must be supplied by the client if required, as professional complexion products are not designed for large-area body application.

Children & Safety

To ensure a safe and efficient working environment, children and pets must be supervised and kept clear of the makeup station and equipment at all times.

Photography & Social Media

Unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the booking, images and video content captured during services may be used for portfolio, website, and social media purposes.

Behaviour

A respectful and professional environment is required at all times. Abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Cancellations

• Within 14 days of wedding date: 100% of total balance payable

• Within 60 days of wedding date: 50% of total balance payable

• More than 60 days prior: booking fee retained only

All booking fees remain strictly non-refundable.

Emergencies

In the unlikely event of illness, emergency, severe weather, or circumstances beyond my control, every reasonable effort will be made to arrange a replacement artist. If this is not possible, all monies paid will be refunded in full.

Termination of Contract

I reserve the right to terminate any booking if I believe the working relationship is no longer suitable or expectations cannot be met. In such cases, the booking fee will be refunded.
