Bookings
To secure your date, a booking fee must be paid. Please be aware that I receive a high volume of wedding inquiries daily. All booking fees and deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Makeup application is scheduled for one hour per person starting from the agreed-upon time; any additional time required will incur a charge of $100 per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any extra services requested on the wedding day must be paid in full by that day. Full payment is due two weeks before your wedding and is also non-refundable. If full payment is not received, I will assume that you have canceled your booking.

Allergies and Reactions
It is your responsibility to inform me of any known allergies or sensitivities, which may necessitate adjustments to the makeup routine and could impact the final look. Mild reactions can occur, especially if you're not accustomed to wearing a lot of makeup. I cannot be held liable for any reactions or allergies that may arise.

Expectations
While I can draw inspiration from other artists, I cannot replicate their work as I have developed my own unique style over the years. Keep this in mind when booking with me. Although I will prepare your skin and set your makeup, touch-ups will be necessary throughout the day. Natural skin oils may cause shine, and the amount of oil produced can affect makeup longevity. Makeup may settle into fine lines and wrinkles, which is beyond my control. Any contact with the skin, such as from hands, tissues, or glasses, can disrupt or remove makeup.

Body Makeup
Should you require body makeup, it must be provided by you. Please note that my foundations and concealers, which can cost upwards of $100 each, are not formulated for use on areas like arms, backs, or legs.

Ready By Time
I will coordinate with your photographer to establish your ready by time. From that point, I will work backward to determine the start time for makeup application, allowing one hour per person. Please be aware that if I do not have the first client ready at the agreed start time, it may cause delays in your wedding schedule, for which I cannot accept responsibility.

Cancellations
Cancellations made 14 days prior to your wedding will incur the full payment. Cancellations made 60 days before will result in a 50% charge of the total invoice. Cancellations made 60 days or more in advance will result in the loss of the booking fee.

Client's Own Products
If you wish to use your own products, such as skincare or makeup, I cannot guarantee that the makeup will perform as expected or last throughout the day.

Sickness
I reserve the right to refuse service if I believe a client is unwell.

Parking
Clients are responsible for any parking fees incurred. If hotel parking is unavailable, street parking is acceptable as long as it is readily accessible throughout my service. Failing to arrange parking ahead of time could delay your wedding preparations.

Cold Sores/Viral or Bacterial Infections
I adhere to the highest standards of hygiene. I will not use my brushes or makeup on clients with any viral or bacterial infections. It is your responsibility to inform me of any known infections, and I may choose to proceed using your own products and brushes while wearing disposable gloves.

Behavior
Disrespectful or abusive behavior will not be tolerated, and I reserve the right to refuse service in such cases.

Termination of Contract
I hold the right to terminate the contract at any time. This is rare, but if I feel that I am not the right fit for you or cannot meet your expectations, I will terminate the contract and refund your booking fee. My goal is for both you and I to be completely satisfied on your wedding day.

Touch-Ups
A friendly reminder about the importance of touch-ups on your wedding day. It’s essential for each bridesmaid, mother of the bride/groom, or guest receiving makeup services to be proactive in maintaining their look from application until the day’s end. If you are the first to receive makeup, please refrain from activities that may compromise it, such as steaming clothes, being in humid areas, heavy lifting, horseback riding, or taking naps. Touch-ups generally involve refreshing lipstick, lip liner, powder, and possibly concealer. There won’t be enough time for extensive touch-ups, and a complete redo will require additional payment and time. If you're the first to get your makeup done in a large bridal party, it's fine to step away briefly for breakfast, coffee (unless it’s raining), or a glass of champagne. However, if you have a busy morning planned with strenuous activities, it’s wise to schedule your makeup application last so that it stays fresh while you complete your tasks, allowing you to relax afterward.
